INTENDED FOR

Teachers, school leaders and special education coordinators.  Education support officers are welcome to attend when accompanied by a teaching staff member.

FOCUS TOPIC for session two with Angela Davis Psychologist

• The impact of sensory needs on learning and behavior 
• There will be opportunities for discussion about 'differentiation' in the classroom

AITSL AUSTRALIAN PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR TEACHERS INCLUDE

• Standard 1: Know students and how they learn (1.2, 1.5)
• Standard 3: Plan for and implement effective teaching and learning (3.3)
• Standard 4: Create and maintain supportive and safe learning environments (4.1, 4.3)
