A session on Transition to Post-School Pathways offered to secondary special education coordinators and Vocational Education Coordinators.

The areas of focus for the session include:

• Guest speaker Malcolm Mayfield, Managing Director for Autism Star discussing how to prepare students with Autism to successfully transition post school
• Laynie Dunne-Heynis, National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) providing an update on the Role of the NDCO
• Ruth Evans (St Mary's Unit, Cabra Dominican College) and Jackie Moroney (Marist Centre, Cardijn College) describing a work experience initiative developed with their respective local councils. 

Participants are asked not to use the George Street car park. Please refer to the attached map for car parking details.
