Please note:  For Parts 1 & 2 - Registration is required for each ½ day session you plan to attend.

Participants of the Leading from the Middle Program will be current deputy principals, high level PORs, APRIMs and heads of school whose next leadership career move is likely to be principalship.

The program has three parts:

Part 1:  Towards Principalship

This program will engage with individuals who currently hold a formal leadership role within their school as described above.  In 2017, the professional learning will focus on:

-   EQ & Resonant Leadership
-   Mindful Leadership

Part 2:  Deputy Principalship

This program will engage with individuals who are current Deputy Principals (substantive & acting) and is designed to support Deputy Principals in their work as leaders in our Catholic school communities.  The 2017 sessions for Deputy Principals will provide professional learning opportunities with a focus on:

-   Legal issues
-   Conflict management & mediation within a HR context
-   System leadership

Part 3:  Resonant Leadership Extended
