Participants of the Leading from the Middle Program will be current deputy principals, high level PORs, APRIMs and heads of school whose next leadership career move is likely to be principalship.

The Leadership Development Team offers a further opportunity for interested Leading from the Middle Program participants to work with a Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile certified trainer, engage with the SEI assessment tool, participate in a 1:1 debriefing session and optional coaching sessions (user pays). 

This opportunity provides participants with an understanding of the role social and emotional intelligence plays in exercising strong leadership:  Dealing with conflict; Managing critical conversations; Managing workloads. Participants will also consider recent research into the brain’s response to leadership styles.

Cost:  $170.00 per person
