2 Day Expressive Arts Programme for Indigenous Students (Yrs 6-9) (Focus Teacher to register all students)
PROGRAM INFORMATIONThis program aims to provide students with an interest in the expressive arts an opportunity to work with like-minded peers in a workshop format let by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists. This year, the programme comprises a rich variety of experiences featuring traditional Aboriginal and TSI dance, language, singing, hip hop dancing and visual arts' workshops REMINDERS:
STUDENT REGISTRATIONS
Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Please register each student via this registration page along with the name of the supervising teacher who will accompany them. PLEASE NOTE, if you have not already done so, you must 'Sign Up' as a member before you can register. it may take up to 48hrs to receive an email confirmation with your username and password.
It is an expectation that the focus teacher (or another teacher) from each participating school attend, thereby fulfilling the legal requirements of duty of care. This will also enable teachers to interact with the students, meet other focus teachers and build relationships with parents and members of the Indigenous community. ATSI Education team members will also be present.
Closing date for registering your students is Monday 30th June 2014.
