Following on from the Term 1, March 13 workshop this professional development day will focus on language and learning in literacy, to build capacity of curriculum leaders, teachers and principals in the area of successful learning outcomes for ATSI students.
Attendance at this workshop will equip you with a deeper understanding of the issues surrounding integrating
effective literacy learning to improve educational
outcomes for all students.
The workshop will cover what is important for schools to provide for ATSI students in literacy education and
literacy’s connection to language, culture and identity.
