COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Term 3 workshop will continue to unpack the Framework of Conditions Supporting Early Career Teacher Resilience by briefly revisiting the theme of School Culture which was a key focus of the Term 1 day, then begin to engage with Teachers' Work, Relationships and Teacher Identity. http://www.ectr.edu.au/

Discussion and ideas sharing will form a significant proportion of the workshop.
