Office 365 Business Discussion Forum

In recent times, there has been considerable discussion about how Office 365 can be implemented across the sector to meet both individual school and sector wide business requirements. With a product suite as flexible and comprehensive as Office 365, there are a multitude of options available.

The Office 365 Project Team has spent considerable time researching the different implementation options available, and has formed some views about the way that aspects of the solution including email and collaboration tools could be implemented, but needs formal structured input into this area before the phased implementations commence.

Whilst this Forum will by it’s very nature include some technical aspects, these will be discussed more in the second half of the forum, expected to commence around 10:45, the first session of the forum is primarily aimed at Principals and Business Managers to obtain feedback on how Office 365 is best implemented to meet the business needs.

Some of these business discussions will cover aspects including:

  • ·         Improving Learning and Teaching
  • ·         Implementing Collaboration
  • ·         Mitigating risks of Legislative Non-Compliance

Given the level of feedback received recently, and the constraints upon everyone’s time at the start of term, this session has been brought forward in an effort to ensure these business decisions can be effectively implemented as part of the Office 365 implementation.
