Co-Coaching for Classroom Performance Workshops

The Australian Government has provided funding to the CEO to implement the Australian Teacher Performance and Development Framework in SA Catholic schools.

In 2013, in response to requests from Principals for skill development for teachers who have delegated responsibility for the performance and development of other staff, funding was provided for two staff members from every school to attend a two-day workshop entitled “Co-coaching for Classroom Performance”. Due to demand from schools these workshops are being repeated again in 2014 to enable more schools to access this professional learning opportunity. The 2014 workshops will be delivered by Grant O’Sullivan, Growth Coaching International.

This program is designed for pairs of teachers who are (or will be) working collaboratively to provide feedback on their teaching and that of their colleagues. Each workshop series has three phases: a one day workshop; school-based fieldwork spread over 5-6 weeks; and a final one-day workshop.

The attached flyers provide further information on the workshops along with relevant dates and venues. There is no cost for participants undertaking these workshops.
