Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAE40110)
Term 1: 1, 2 & 8 April 2014
Under the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations, persons wishing to deliver and assess accredited training (regardless of whether they are in schools) are required to hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 or its equivalent.
In 2014 CESA will offer a three day teacher training program that is designed to deliver the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to participants who hold a Bachelor of Education and / or a current teacher registration. The course is specially design for secondary teachers who wish to deliver competency-based units. Participants will be required to complete a portion of the required assessments between workshops.
This course is designed to reflect those participants who:
· hold a Bachelor of Education (or equivalent) OR current registration as a teacher with the Teachers Registration Board of SA (or equivalent regulatory agency)
· hold a Bachelor of Education (or equivalent) OR current registration as a teacher with the Teachers Registration Board of SA (or equivalent regulatory agency) and TAA40104 but cannot provide evidence of currency over the last three years (2010-2012).
There are three opportunities across the year to undertake
