Early Career Teacher Mentoring

for Early Career Teacher Coordinators, Evaluators and Mentor Teachers

Purpose:
For participants to come to a better understanding of the transition from  provisional to full TRB registration; to learn about two schools' process in developing and maintaining mentoring programs in their schols; to begin developing a mentoring model for 'your' school context; to network with other school leaders and teachers; to examine resources to support your school's formation and induction of early career teachers (including Early Career Teachers: Stories of Resilience).

This workshop is referenced to The AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers, standards 6 and 7.
