Activity Overview

Under the Ministerial agreements for a nationally consistent approach to teacher registration, requirement for transition from Provisional to (full) Registration (previously called Change of Registration Status) changed as of 1 January 2013.

Transition from Provisional to (full) registration is not an automatic process; each teacher holding Provisional Registration must meet the requirements and make an application to the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB).

This forum will include an opportunity to:

• Learn about the context of the changes and the new requirements for transition from Provisional to (full) Registration
• Discuss the implications for school structures, processes and expectations regarding the new requirements
