Preschool & Early Learning Centre Network Meeting - Critical Reflection and the Role of the ECE/ ECT

Focus on moving from reflective practice to Critical Reflection and the role of Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Teachers.

Join us to deep dive into Critical reflection, how we reflect on action, in action and for action. Consider and share current practice and identify how we make this, or what makes this, critical. We will also discuss Critical friends, who are they and what is their role.

We will then consider the role of the Early Childhood Educators and Teachers, how do we move between roles such as substitute parents, technicians to researchers.

We encourage you to bring examples of your reflective practice to the session and to also bring questions and ideas to share with the group.
