TARGET GROUP:
TEACHERS OF THE STAGE TWO RESEARCH PROJECT
ACTIVITY OVERVIEW
This workshop is designed to emphasise the significance of the SACE improvement agenda as a way of improving student outcomes in this curriculum area.
Participants will have the opportunity to hear from practitioners who have used strategies to assist student reach their potential.
Meridie Howley from the SACE Board, one of the architects of this subject, will be present to describe for us the proposed changes to the Research Project and the structure of the new Stage One subject, Research Practices. Meridie will seek input from the group as to the nature of suitable support materials.
There will be additional input relating to task design and assessment structure in a way that can be applied to all SACE subjects.
