ESO classification review undertaken for the OSHC and Curriculum streams, we will be commencing an internal review and audit aligned to the EA over 2026 with the first item to review the remaining ESO streams. These include:
This will be a collaborative review between the CESA HR team and schools. Unlike the OSHC and Curriculum review, this process will not involve an external provider. The review will focus on current employees only, and any associated remediation payments and documentation will be managed at the school level.
