Staff Formation Across the Year

(Repeat Session)

Using the Growing Deep resources and the Growing Deep Formation Framework, this day will look at how staff formation is facilitated throughout the school year using a head, heart and hands approach and considering the need for differentiation across school staff. How are the threads of people’s individual stories and the school story connected to the big story of God’s love in a consistent way?  

Participants will be encouraged to share their successes and wonderings in this important area for the Catholic identity and mission of the school.

There will also be time to begin planning a staff reflection day in a way that is consistent with the formation approach taken across the year.
