Staff Formation Across the Year

(Repeat Session)

Using the Catholic Identity & Mission Strategic Planning resources including the Formation for Mission Framework, this day will explore how staff formation is facilitated throughout the school year using a head, heart and hands approach and considering the need for differentiation across staff. How are the threads of people’s individual stories and the school story connected to the big story of God’s love?  

Participants will be encouraged to share their successes and wonderings in this important area of the Catholic identity and mission of the school.

There will also be time to begin planning a staff reflection day in a way that is consistent with the formation approach taken across the year.
