Catholic Identity & Mission - Strategic Formation in your School

This program supports school leadership teams to analyse data, identify priorities and lead strategically for enhanced Catholic identity and mission.  It includes 3 sessions, running from August 2026 - March 2027.

Using the Catholic Identity and Mission Strategic Planning Guide, leaders will develop CIM SMART Goals for the 2027 Annual Improvement Plan and identify practical pathways for enacting goals and growing deep in the three big areas of Catholic Identity and Mission.

The program will involve evaluation of the 2026 Annual Improvement Plan and analysis of school data in the Catholic Identity domain (including Living, Learning, Leading surveys, Pulse Check In data, ReLAT, RE Report results, recent ECSI Report if applicable).

This professional learning community (PLC) is a shared strategic and formational experience for school leadership teams to attend together. It is strongly recommended that at least two members of the school leadership team attend all sessions, with one being the APRIM. Members of the PLC will be provided with time and space to nurture their own spirituality (My story), consider the strategic work of strengthening the Catholic Identity of their school (Our Story), and connect more deeply with God’s mission of bringing life, hope and flourishing to all people (The Story).

Registrations close Monday 20 July - Please note that your one registration will be for all three dates. Please ensure that each staff member registers separately.
