Leading Through Change & Innovation with Guy Newman

In this workshop, presented by Guy Newman you will explore the challenges people experience in a changing environment.  Leaders will be shown how to help people navigate change and Guy Newman will use the Change House model to identify where people are at on the change journey.  We also look at how to continue innovation and how to improve critical thinking.

Who should attend:  The workshop is tailored for ALL staff in schools and Catholic Education Office staff, including receptionists, administrators, registrars, intake officers, teachers and leaders.
