Productivity & Decision Making with Guy Newman

In this workshop, presented by Guy Newman you will discover the misunderstood factors that reduce productivity and give us that feeling of always being busy.  Leaders will learn how to lead productive outcomes and help their teams regain a feeling of control.  We also look at a simple 2 step process to build confidence in decision-making.
