Leading Wellbeing: The Science and the Sacred for Middle Leaders in Catholic Education with Courtney Quigley
This session offers a rich and reflective exploration of wellbeing through the lens of Catholic education. Led by Wellbeing Consultant Courtney Quigley, it invites middle leaders to consider their pivotal role in cultivating a thriving, faith-filled school culture.
About the Workshop
What does it truly mean to be well? Wellbeing is not a fixed state; it is individual, multifaceted, and fluid. As middle leaders, we hold a vital role in shaping the wellbeing culture of our schools. When staff thrive, students flourish.
In this session, we unpack what wellbeing really is—for ourselves, our teams, and our students and explore how to build a thriving, faith-filled school community. Through the GRACE Wellbeing Framework, we bridge the science and the sacred of wellbeing, translating evidence-based research and Catholic values into practical, everyday strategies that nurture growth, gratitude, and grace.
Together, we’ll explore how to create a flourishing ecosystem, living laboratories of wellbeing, where every member of the community feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
