EALD Teachers and Coordinators
Description
The EALD Lead Teacher Network brings together teachers who are leading EALD assessment, learning and improvement in their schools. The network fosters professional learning partnerships that aspire for EALD learners to be thriving and capable, with a focus on the commitments and actions of the CESA EALD Strategy.
Teachers—both new and experienced—with specific responsibility for EALD learners are warmly invited and strongly encouraged to attend the 2026 professional learning network days.
Network Focus
- Deepening engagement with the CESA EALD Strategy
- Sharing of effective EALD language and literacy practices, with differentiation for primary and secondary contexts where appropriate
- Developing leadership capacity for strategic improvement in EALD education
Commitment
- Your registration assumes a commitment to attending all three network meetings scheduled for Terms 1, 3, and 4.
