Nomination of Teachers for Stakeholder Consultation: CAIFA Framework and Model for School Staff Mission Formation
We are seeking nominations of experienced teachers and early career teachers to participate in an important consultation session regarding the proposed new Approach to Induction, Accreditation and Formation Framework and the CESA Model for School Staff Mission Formation.
Nomination Categories:
Experienced Teachers
Teachers with 5+ years teaching experience Experience with the Graduate Certificate in Education (Catholic Education)
Early Career Teachers:
Teachers in their first 1-5 years of teaching Experience with or currently undertaking the Graduate Certificate in Education (Catholic Education) Recent experience with induction and formation processes Fresh perspectives on accreditation experiences Enthusiasm for professional growth and mission development
Number of Nominations: Please nominate and invite 2-3 teachers (ideally including at least one from each category) to participate in one of the sessions listed below. The nominated teachers' involvement is vital to the success of this initiative which will have impact in every school.
