A Forum for Principals:

Building School Improvement Capacity Forum 2

These Forums are key components of the Improving Teacher Quality National Partnership – Principal Professional Development activities which have been jointly planned and delivered through a collaborative partnership between the CEO and the Association of Principals of Catholic Secondary Schools and the SA Catholic Primary Principals’ Association.

Forum 2 will focus on Theories of Action for improving pedagogy and will include practical tools, activities and strategies that will assist Principals to become leaders of learning in their schools by supporting teachers to change their practice in ways that enable more teachers to work like the best teacher in the school. Classroom observation and coaching conversations will also be addressed during the workshop.

The Forum will be facilitated by Vic Zbar, from Zbar Consulting.
