User Acceptance Testing, commonly called UAT, is a process where business representatives evaluate the system in real-world scenarios. This form of acceptance testing ensures the software meets functional, usability, security, and real-world applicability requirements before its official release.

Your involvement in UAT will be instrumental in supporting this milestone and shaping a smoother experience as we prepare for the broader rollout to your school in 2026.

UAT Session Details:

We will be hosting three 3-hour sessions from Tuesday 16th to Thursday 18th September at the Catholic Education Office in Thebarton.

Tue16 Sept 9.30am - 12.30pm; Wed17 Sept 1pm - 4pm; Thu 18 Sept 9.30am - 12.30pm

You only need to attend one session, and each session is limited to five participants to ensure a hands-on experience using large screens and your own laptop.

Please register early using the links below to secure your preferred date.

Location:

Sessions will be held in Beovich House, located on our Kintore Street site, next to the overflow carpark. A map is attached to help you locate the carpark, and we’ll meet you at the front of the building to welcome you in.
