About the presenter

Courtney Quigley, Wellbeing Consultant, is an experienced educator with over
25 years of classroom experience. She has always believed that student wellbeing is the foundation for success — both in the classroom and beyond. 

She has held numerous teaching and leadership roles, always with a strong focus on wellbeing and the integral role it plays in education. Courtney is a strong advocate for deepening educators’ understanding of their own wellbeing, the research underpinning it, and the critical role strong, foundational relationships and wellbeing frameworks play in influencing thriving educational environments. 

Her passion has driven her to work alongside some of Australia’s leading wellbeing experts. She has collaborated with Professor Lea Waters as a Visible Wellbeing (VWB) facilitator and coach and has partnered extensively with David Bott at the Wellbeing Distillery across a range of school communities. Courtney is also currently undertaking her Master of Applied Psychology at Melbourne University.

Fully immersed in wellbeing education through both her career and personal life, Courtney is driven by relationships and leads with empathy. Her mission is to help those around her thrive, develop a strong sense of identity, and aspire to be the best version of themselves.

Up to 40 places are available to Middle Leaders for this unique learning opportunity.

Commitment to the full two days is essential

Days 1:             Thursday 7 August 2025

Days 2:              Monday 18 August 2025

Time:                 8:45am for a 9:00am start to 4:00pm

Location:          Catholic Education Office, Conference Centre, Rooms 7 & 8


Cost:                  $500 per participant
(an invoice will be sent to your school from the CEO around 
7 August 2025)

Any cancellation after Wednesday 30 July 2025 may incur the full fee.
