Notes for the day

PARKING: Please park in adjoining side streets or in the church opposite the school. Avoid school drop-off times and check parking restrictions. 

DIRECTIONS TO HALL: Hall access will be through the Birkinshaw Rd Hall doors.

CATERING: We supply morning tea (cake, biscuits, savouries, fruit) and beverages inc. multiple milk options.

SIGNING IN: Please sign in at the CSMF desk inside the Hall for our records and emergency evacuation.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Songbook, pencil, eraser
• Wear your school badge

WHAT TO DO UPON ARRIVAL:

• SIGN IN at the CSMF desk inside the Hall 
• RETURN any surplus songbooks
