Two Sessions Available | Tuesday 3 June or Tuesday 29 July 2025
This session will focus on best practice for managing staff members throughout the probationary period and beyond in both schools (teachers and ESOs) as well as within the CEO. The employment is a relationship and as people managers we have a duty of care towards employees to commend them for the great work they produce but to also manage their performance accordingly when it does not meet the expected satisfactory standard. What you can expect to learn from this session:
