For school staff appointed under the National Student Wellbeing Program (NSWP), School Wellbeing Officers, Youth Ministers and Archdiocese Chaplains
Join us for an enriching day of conversation exploring essential self-care strategies to sustain personal wellbeing while managing the emotional demands of supporting others. Through interactive discussions and practical tools, you'll learn how to effectively integrate self-care into your daily practice, ensuring longevity in your role.
The day will also highlight the crucial role of supervision in fostering growth, providing support, and maintaining professional boundaries. Discover how regular supervision can enhance your practice, prevent burnout, and provide a space for reflection and personal development.
Take time for yourself while enhancing your capacity to serve others with renewed strength, resilience, and insight.
The day will be facilitated by David Hillard from Be Change Grow.
