Discussion points will include:

  • What do you need that you would expect in a product such as Civica?
  • What are your priorities?
  • What should system priorities be?
  • Examine the Civica roadmap and suggest changes or additions.
  • How can we work together to plan for and deliver to the priorities?

Desired outcomes from the forum will include:

  • Deeper understanding of everyone’s needs.
  • Discuss and rank short, medium and long-term priorities.
  • Agree on ways of working together to achieve the desired future.

Items for discussion might include:

  • Digitising Finance - Debt management, KPIs, AR.
  • Student enrolment management.
