Planning a Staff Reflection Day

(Staff Formation through the School Year on February 10 is a prerequisite)

Following on from Staff Formation through the School Year (February 10) this day will look specifically at planning and facilitating a Staff Reflection Day using a head, heart and hands approach and taking into account the need for differentiation across school staff. How are the threads of people’s individual stories and the school story connected to the big story of God’s love in a consistent way?  

Participants will be encouraged to share their successes and wonderings in this important area for the Catholic identity and mission of the school.

This day is for APRIMs, Directors of Mission, RECs and interested teachers
