Notes for the day

PARKING: Please do not park in the George Street carpark. Alternate parking listed below.

• Queen of Angels Church carpark (off South Road, East side)
• Kilmara Conference Centre (off Kintore Street)
• Streets surrounding the CEO

CATERING:

• Morning tea and Lunch provided (Lunch will be a variety of salads, sandwiches & wraps including vegetarian & gluten free.)
• Please register by Wednesday 29 January if you have specific dietary requirements.

WHAT TO DO UPON ARRIVAL:

• Please find the SIGN IN area in Room 7 before you find your seat
• CHECK your contact details for accuracy
• COLLECT your box containing your songbooks & count them before you leave!

FORMS WE PROVIDE TO COMPLETE & RETURN ON THE DAY:

• Choir Rehearsal Day & Time (so Denise can roster visits to your school)
• Adult Media Consent Form
