Leadership Induction Program

This program is practical and hands-on, which will help new leaders make important connections with CESA staff. Our induction is two days of interactions, workshopping important information such as Catholic Identity and Mission, Safeguarding of Young People and HR Compliance among other topics and an opportunity to start to establish relationships with the teams who are here to support leaders in this important work.

These sessions are designed for early career Principals, Deputy Principals and APRIMS - for new leaders and those who would like a refresher.

Attendance on both days is highly recommended:

Day 1: Wednesday 15 January 2024 9:00am to 3:00pm

Day 2: Thursday 16 January 2024 9:00am to 3:00pm
