2025 Port Pirie Diocese workshop for Introduction to Made in the Image of God (MITIOG) Sexuality and Respectful Relationships Curriculum R-12 

This course is for teachers and leaders in the Port Pirie Diocesewho will be teaching the Made in the Image of God (MITIOG) Sexuality and Respectful Relationships Curriculum and need to do the required training. Please note it can be used for CPF Level 3. 

IMPORTANT:Those from the following schools DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER (as your school has already done this on your behalf): St James School (Jamestown), St Joseph’s Gladstone, and St Joseph’s Peterborough. 

Registrations Close on the 14th of January for catering purposes - this event will be catered for by the host School. 

The aim of this is to assist teachers to develop an understanding of the Made in the Image of God, Sexuality and Respectful Relationships Curriculum Years R-12, and gain confidence and competence in teaching the curriculum. 

This day will include: 

• Familiarisation with the updated Made in the Image of God Sexuality and Respectful Relationships Curriculum including the new structure and updated content 

• Exploration of values underpinning the Made in the Image of God Sexuality and Respectful Relationships Curriculum Years R-12

• Managing sensitivities and protocols for the teaching of the curriculum
