FOCUS OF PROFESSIONAL NETWORK MEETING:

• Update on the Aboriginal Education Action Plan
• Review of the Aboriginal Education Focus Teachers Network Days
• Sharing of Resources, and
• Developing a Position Information Document (PID) for Focus Teachers in Schools. 

INTENDED FOR:

Aboriginal Education Focus Teachers.

FACILITATORS:

• Geoff Aufderheide, Aboriginal Education Advisor, Catholic Education SA.

AITSL Australian Professional Standards for Teachers include:

• Standard 1: Know students and how they learn (focus area 1.4)
• Standard 2: Know the content and how to teach it (focus area 2.4)
• Standard 6: Engage in professional learning (focus area 6.2)

REQUIREMENT:

• Participants are encouraged to bring their own device.

Morning Tea will be provided. Please advise if you have dietary requirements when registering for the Network Day.
