The workshop content includes: Reflecting and Planning Conversations: This workshop teaches you how to embed two important maps for guiding coaching conversations from the Foundation Seminar. The Problem-Resolving Conversation: This workshop focuses on this more advanced map to help people who are stuck. Proficiency in the use of Cognitive Coaching℠ Tools: This workshop helps you improve your skills by using four essential coaching tools: rapport, pausing, paraphrasing and asking meditative questions. Refining Skills for using Data in Coaching Conversations: This workshop teaches you how to use data and questions to help people learn from information. Prerequisite: Completion of Cognitive Coaching 8-day Foundation Seminar Up to 40 places are available to leaders for this unique learning opportunity.
