Please register to join Principals, Business Managers, Deputy Principals, Bursars, leaders of learning and school ICT Support staff. 

During this session we will look at the key initiatives worked on over the past 5 years what has worked and where opportunities for improvement might exist. 

Areas to be discussed will include:

  • ·        What does excellence look like for students, teachers, leaders, support staff,                    parents, schools and the CEO regarding the use of technology in schools and the  CEO?
  • ·        What are your priorities?
  • ·        What should be system priorities?
  • ·        Examine the draft roadmap and suggest changes or additions.
  • ·        How can we work together to plan for and deliver to the priorities?

Desired outcomes from the forum will include:

  • ·        Deeper understanding of everyone’s needs.
  • ·        Discuss and rank short, medium and long-term priorities.
  • ·        Agree on ways of working together to achieve the desired future.

Items for discussion might include:

  • ·        Digitising Finance - Debt management, KPIs, AR.
  • ·        CRS Reporting services improvements, eg access control, new dashboards / reports.
  • ·        Centralised Calendar for significant school / system dates eg data collection reminders.
  • ·        Student / resource management eg support for Sports, extracurricular activity.
  • ·        System approach to simple technologies eg Visitor sign-ins.
  • ·        Roaming internet access across schools.
  • ·        Digital platforms to improve school efficiency.
  • ·        AI uses
