The Workplace Gender Equality report is an annual requirement reporting to government about the remuneration and gender composition of our workforce. For Diocesan Schools with less than 100 employees, the CEO will report on your behalf. Diocesan Schools with greater than 100 employees or separately governed employers are required to report individually, and directly to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
All schools, regardless of who is formally reporting to the agency, are required to provide some data that is not currently available in Preceda.
