Description

This practical session is for Secondary Faculty Leaders and teachers.

Participants will:

• review the literacy skills required in their subjects

• create a scope and sequence for developing subject specific literacy skills

• analyse and annotate model texts, highlighting important features to teach in the classroom such as technical language, causal sentences in a science lab report
