Difficult Conversations Masterclass 

Facilitated by: Dr Stephen Brown and Andrew Fuller

If you would like to develop the skills to deal with tricky people, this learning opportunity is for you. This session will enable you to:

• Be more effective in conducting difficult conversations
• How to always make the right decision (even though not everyone agrees with it)
• Know when and how to ‘pull the plug’ on pointless conversations
• Know how to use neurochemistry to your advantage
• Use the RESOLVE method to lower anger in people
• How to use strategic questioning effectively
• How to respond to vexatious emails and still sleep well at night
• Gain insights and feedback on a current or potential ‘tricky encounter or conversation’
• More importantly, how to identify difficult people in advance so they have less effect on your life.

Up to 40 places are available to school leaders for this unique learning opportunity.
