2024 CATHOLIC PROFESSIONAL FORMATION ALLOWANCE (CPF)

LEVEL 3 APPLICATION

To be eligible for 2024 Catholic Professional Formation (CPF) Allowance Level 3 you must have previously received CPF 2, and have completed, in 2023, two Accredited Catholic Studies Modules or Approved Tertiary Catholic Studies units in any of the following combinations -     

• 1 System Accredited Module (SAM) and assessment, together with 1 School Accredited Module (ScAM) - or -         
• 2 System Accredited Modules (SAMs) and 2 assessments - or -
• 1 of the above modules and 1 approved tertiary Catholic Studies unit - or -
• 2 approved tertiary Catholic Studies units.

If any of the study that you completed in 2023 was not offered by the CEO Catholic Identity Section, we will not have a record of you completing this and you will need to forward evidence of this study to Angela Brown at angela.brown@cesa.catholic.edu.au in order for your application to be processed.

Please note the following important information -

• You will receive an automated confirmation email from the CESA Registration Centre when you submit a CPF3 application.  If you do not receive this email, you have not successfully submitted an application 
• All School Accredited Module (ScAM) participation will be verified by school Principals during the 2024 CPF reconciliation process.  You only need answer 'yes' or 'no' to this question.  You do not need to provide information around this learning.      
• Deputy Principals and Principals are not eligible for CPF Allowance.
