Living Laudato Si Goals in your school
Jacqui Remond will assist participants to plan, act, review and report on the Laudato Si Action Goals in their own school context, particularly- Responding to the Cry of the Earth, Responding to the Cry of the Poor and Ecological Economics.
Participants will be encouraged to work with students in developing goals and actions and to share with others the goals and actions that they are already undertaking.
Jacqui Rémond is Lead Animator of Integral Ecology in the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy at the Australian Catholic University, Co-Founder of the Laudato Si’ Movement (LSM) and Co Coordinator of the Ecology Taskforce at the Vatican Dicastery for Integral Human Development. Jacqui is a member of the Steering Board of the Laudato Si’ Action Platform and co-leads the Education Sector with both the Schools and Universities Working Groups. Jacqui is passionate about accompanying communities to live an Integral Ecology through a culture of care for all creation which necessarily includes governance, spirituality, staff formation, ethical practices and community relationships.
