FOCUS OF CULTURAL DAY:

• Welcome to Country 
• Participants engaging in weaving, painting, and online language training
• Yarning Circle with Elders/ Lecturers around the Voice to Parliament

INTENDED FOR:

Aboriginal Education Focus Teachers.

FACILITATOR:

• Tauondi Aboriginal College

AITSL Australian Professional Standards for Teachers include:

• Standard 1: Know students and how they learn (focus area 1.4)
• Standard 2: Know the content and how to teach it (focus area 2.4)
• Standard 6: Engage in professional learning (focus area 6.2)

REQUIREMENT:

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided. Please advise if you have dietary requirements.

There are some car parking spaces at Tauondi Aboriginal College as well as parking on  Lipson Street.
