ASPIRE - APRIM Support in Religious Education
ASPIRE is a mentoring and support program for formation of those new to designated religious leadership in CESA schools
Components of ASPIRE include-
- 1:1 mentoring from a Catholic Identity and Mission Advisor for the region meeting once a term. These can be initiated by the participant.
- Once a term meeting with peers led by a Catholic Identity and Mission Advisor, either face to face at the CEO (Term 2 and 4) or on MS Teams (Term 1 and 3)
- Completion of 4 modules on MS Forms in the first 2 terms after appointment
- Attendance at regional APRIM meetings- once a term
- Attendance at days offered by either PRIMA or SRELA
Those appointed to substantive positions are expected to meet all requirements
For those in Acting positions of less than 2 terms - once a term 1: 1 meeting with Catholic Identity and Mission Advisor for the region, attendance at once a term peer meeting, engagement with modules if possible, attendance at Regional APRIM meetings and days offered by PRIMA or SRELA
Modules can be commenced at any time during the year but must be completed in the first 2 terms after appointment. The Regional Catholic Identity and Mission Adviser will check in with you about these and is your ‘go-to’ for any questions that might arise for you in completion of the modules.
