Session details

This session will help you to develop a short and long term Marketing and Communications strategy for your school.  You will be provided with a number of practical tools to help you:

  •          undertake a communications audit
  •          benchmark your activities against best practice
  •          define your goals
  •          assess your tactics
  • ·        develop an implementation plan

We will consider the role of current stakeholders - staff, school families, old scholars - as well as focusing on your external audience - potential employees and pathway educational partners.

The session will include:

  •          Getting the balance right - how does a school choose its communications tactics?
  •          The importance of brand – how do you ensure consistency and cut-through?
  • ·        Measuring success - how do you know what is effective strategy?
  • ·        Integration - how you can leverage off CESA's Raising Hearts and Minds Campaign

Participants will have the opportunity to benchmark against best practice and share ideas with other colleagues.
