Intended Audience
Teachers who are NEW to the role of EALD Lead Teacher
Description
This course assists teachers newly* appointed to EALD positions to gain awareness about their roles and responsibilities in schools, identify EALD learners, organise effective EALD support, become familiar with EAL/D pedagogy.
Participation in (Learning English: Achievement and Proficiency) LEAP Levels workshops and data collection related sessions will be in addition to this course and require separate registration.
* suitable for teachers who have taken on the EALD lead teacher responsibility within the last 1-2 years and those who are new in 2023.

This workshop will take place over 2 days and participation at both days is required.
