Re:  Sapientiae; Women in Leadership Network

I am writing to seek Expressions of Interest in a new and exciting opportunity for Women in Leadership, currently being developed within the suite of Leadership Development programs within CESA.

Sapientiae is Latin for ‘Wisdom’ and is a fitting title for this leadership opportunity for women in our sector. 

The organising team are Helen O’Brien, Georgina Smith, Sue Kennedy Branford, Jill Conole and Susan Young.

Sapientiae is a leadership network being developed with and for women in senior leadership and for those aspiring to senior leadership positions.  The aim of the network is to affirm and build the capacity of women in positions of leadership now and into the future.  

The program offers two elements:

1.   Tailored Learning about Leadership; sessions will provide   

      opportunities for learning and deep conversation in leadership 

      theory and practice.

2.    Networking for Success; targeted mentoring and networking

       occasions will link participants to the experience, wisdom

       and community of other successful women in leadership.

Expressions of Interest for involvement in the Sapientiae network are now sought from women in, or aspiring to senior leadership.    You are encouraged to consider this opportunity as places may be limited.
