In anticipation of approval of the Enterprise Agreement 2020 by FairWork, the People, Leadership and Culture section are hosting a series of Masterclasses to unpack the significant changes of the Enterprise Agreement.  These sessions are designed for Finance and HR staff with responsibilities in implementing and interpreting the Enterprise Agreement.

This session will cover the following

• changes to the Preceda system
• the recording and processing of information in line with the new provisions of the Enterprise Agreement
• unpacking of changed leave requirements
• provide tools to support schools with any transitional arrangements
• support managing staff on different provisions.  E.g Current staff and new staff from 2023
