To introduce participants to the importance of Catholic Theology of work.

John Paul II renamed the story from the book of Genesis the "Gospel of Work" because it describes God as the Creator and as a worker.  The fact that God created the world for us and gives us dominion over it challenges us to recognise that we are to continue this creative activity.  In this interpretation the Church presents to us the profound idea that work is a sacred and holy task because it is through work that we join God in building the world.

Morning tea and lunch are provided on the day, please advise of any dietary requirments.

Cost: $45 if paid by school

$49.50 if paid by individual (GST must be charged)

$25 if concession

Can be used as a System Accredited Module if participation
is full day AND a 1500 assessment task is completed.
