Lumination - Immersive Technologies in the classroom
Workshop Description:
With the continuing advancement of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (VR) technologies, students now have more opportunities to be confident and careful creators of digital content. However, as this technology continues to rapidly advance, it can be difficult to know where to start and ways to keep updated.
To support teachers to keep updated with these emerging technologies CESA is hosting a Professional Learning session to immerse teachers in a journey, utilising cutting-edge technology for our constantly evolving world. We want to change the landscape of learning in your classroom and the team at Lumination will host this workshop to redefine the way you teach, learn and work. Their expert teaching team will support you in exploring, innovating, and revolutionising pedagogy with immersive technologies during a full workshop.
This workshop is aimed at Primary and Middle Years Teachers of any learning area. Workshops will be held at Lumination - 35 Stirling Street, Thebarton, on 17 November from 9:00 am- 4:00pm, followed by optional networking at Brightstar Brewing.
