Understanding and Supporting Behaviour for Early Career Teachers Facilitated by members of the Learning Diversity and Wellbeing Team, this course aims to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of all those working with children and young people with behavioural difficulties to support inclusive practice. The premise of the course is that behaviour is learnt and that more appropriate behaviour can be supported in a positive way. The course is delivered through a supported training model which includes tutor-led sessions combined with self-paced online learning over a period of 10 - 12 weeks, equating to approximately 20 hours of professional learning. Each course consists of 3 modules, which are delivered as face-to-face sessions. In order to complete each course, participants must attend both sessions of each course. Additionally, participants can only register and complete one course at a time. Day 1
